El Departamento de Recaudación y Desarrollo de GRAC: Global Rights Action es el encargado de diseñar e implementar estrategias de financiamiento que permitan la sostenibilidad de la organización. Su misión es asegurar los recursos económicos necesarios para el desarrollo de proyectos humanitarios y sociales, fortaleciendo la capacidad de GRAC para ampliar su impacto y ayudar a más personas en situación de vulnerabilidad.

Este departamento trabaja activamente en la búsqueda y gestión de donantes, patrocinadores y aliados estratégicos, así como en la organización de eventos benéficos y campañas de recaudación de fondos que permitan mantener y expandir las iniciativas de la fundación.

Funciones principales:

✔ Diseño de campañas de recaudación de fondos

Planificación y ejecución de iniciativas para captar recursos mediante eventos benéficos, donaciones individuales, financiamiento corporativo y subvenciones internacionales.

✔ Gestión de relaciones con donantes y patrocinadores

Establecimiento y mantenimiento de alianzas estratégicas con empresas, instituciones y filántropos, asegurando su compromiso con la misión de GRAC.

✔ Identificación y diversificación de fuentes de financiamiento

Exploración de oportunidades de financiamiento sostenible, incluyendo fondos internacionales, grants y programas de cooperación.

✔ Transparencia y rendición de cuentas

Garantizar una gestión ética y responsable de los recursos obtenidos, promoviendo la confianza y fidelización de los donantes.

✔ Desarrollo de estrategias de fidelización

Implementar programas de reconocimiento y seguimiento para fortalecer el vínculo con los donantes y garantizar su apoyo a largo plazo.

✔ Innovación en recaudación digital

Optimización de plataformas online para facilitar donaciones electrónicas, crowdfunding y campañas en redes sociales que amplifiquen el alcance de la organización.
